Fried or Roasted Turkey

Seasoned the Cane River way – rubbed with our house Creole spice blend, fresh
herbs, garlic, and a little brown-sugar warmth, fried to shatteringly crisp perfection
or slow-roasted until juicy, tender, and perfumed with the holy trinity. Served with
rich pan gravy.
